You can. Let us know how many extra people we need to provide accommodation for. We need to provide accommodation. If the current location does not offer enough space, we will try to find another location as soon as possible.

We can provide accommodation for anything from one night to 6-12 months depending on your needs. If you require accommodation for longer periods, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

No, you determine the duration of your stay. However, the cost of your stay will be higher for a short period than for a long one.

Everything is included: gas, electricity, water, internet and cleaning service.

Yes, you can! Each house or flat has a fully-equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave and fridge. All necessary utensils: pots, pans, knives, forks, etc. are also provided.

Yes, the accommodations always have a washing machine.

The common parts of the accommodation are cleaned 2 times a week. The rooms are not cleaned for reasons of privacy. A new packet of room linen is also provided.

Yes, unlimited WIFI is always available.

Our accommodations always have their own parking, for cars as well as for vans. The other accommodations usually have a parking space for a car or van.

After booking your stay, you will receive all the necessary contact information. It is best to give these to the persons staying in the house or flat so that, in case of an emergency so that they can reach us in case of emergency even after office hours.

Our accommodation is located in West-Flanders. We are always looking for additional well-located stays to expand our network. For example, there is a house in Torhout, perfectly located as a base towards Kortrijk or towards Ghent / Antwerp / Brussels.

Each house or flat is usually designed for 4 to 6 people.

We do our best to find a suitable house or flat for your employees as soon as possible. But because we have both busy and quiet periods, it is always better contact us at least one week in advance.
